Racing to a Greener Future

We love having the chance to be creative.  This September  Celebrations Creations got the wonderful opportunity to decorate for the dedication of a new Rutgers Engineering Building Dedication.  This was in honor of the upcoming Nicholas Projects Studio. This building, dedicated to Bruce and and Phyllis Nicholas, will be a space for engineering students to design and build life-size projects such as vehicles, drones, and more.

To highlight this  momentous occasion, we built a one-of-a-kind
balloon replica of the Rutgers solar car. Accented with multiple Formula One balloons, our solar car replica was used as an eye-catching centerpiece in the reception area of the event. Needless to say when it comes to quality decor this design took 1st place!

And we weren’t the only racers to show up to the event as the Rutgers Solar Car team and their Formula Racing team came out to celebrate. Pictured here are some of the other students at the engineering program who crafted their very own Formula One car.

We were so excited to be able to be a part of this event and even more excited to see and hear the elated reactions of both the students and staff at the university, and can’t wait for the new building to be unveiled.
